My Approach
Responsive
Good program or session design starts with gaining a strong understanding of who the learners are. To this end, I partner with clients to understand their unique contexts so I can design experiences that are relevant and responsive to their needs.
Engaging
Engagement strategies are critical in adult learning experiences. I strive to design interactive courses and sessions where the learner has the chance to participate in a variety of different ways and has opportunities for both voice and choice. In sessions I lead, I tap into multiple modalities to account for varied learning preferences.
Practical
As an experienced instructional designer, I begin any planning with the end in mind. That means in any session I plan or lead, participants can expect opportunities to apply what they are learning in the moment and to leave with the tools that will empower them to continue to do so long after the session ends.

Land the Internship Course
This was a course designed to support students in the interview process for competitive internships. It was built using Rise 360 software. It contains a number of key features including: tabbed interactions, scenario interactions, and a module quiz among others.

This was a course designed to share best practices for remote and hybrid workers with regard to time management.It was built using Rise 360 software. It contains a number of key features including: labeled graphics, flash card interactions, process interactions, and recorded audio among others.
Bebida Especial Brand Representative Training
This was a short training module designed to prepare Bebida Especial Brand Representatives for tastings at bar and restaurant partners featuring the Moscow Mule cocktail. It was built using Google Suite and Camtasia Video Editing Software.
