Maura began her career in the New York City Department of Education in 2007 and since then has worked in higher education, non-profit, and corporate L&D settings.
Over the years, she has designed and facilitated countless learning experiences (in person and virtual) for K-12 students, college students, graduate students, teachers, teammates, prospective clients, and partners.
As a former Program Designer at a NYC non-profit focused on career coaching for first generation-college students, she oversaw the career readiness programming for 800+ job seekers.
With a specialization in adult learning and development, Maura seeks to break down complex content in accessible, relevant, and engaging ways. She is driven by creating experiences that are outcomes-oriented and empowering for the learner; equipping them with the tools they need to succeed.
When she’s not designing or facilitating sessions, you can find Maura reading, crocheting, baking, traveling, or getting all her steps in across Brooklyn.
