Maura is a Learning and Development Specialist who, since 2007, has designed and led countless learning experiences across K-12, higher education, nonprofit, and corporate settings.
Specializing in adult learning, Maura has crafted sessions for diverse audiences, from students and educators to job-seekers, career coaches, higher education professionals, and employees at scaling tech companies.
Her background as both an educator and Instructional Designer has equipped her to lead engaging live sessions and to create impactful asynchronous eLearning opportunities. Most recently, she has partnered with the City University of New York, Scoot Education, and Digital Promise to bring these programs to life.
Now a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, she is especially passionate about strengths-based development and designing learning that is practical, empowering, and outcomes-driven.
Outside of work, Maura can be found reading, crocheting, baking, traveling, or getting all her steps in across Brooklyn.
